Many people like the community of working out in a group, but need some extra care and attention around their specific goals or limitations. We design workouts to meet the needs of the group, while giving detailed modifications to fit each individual. Groups are small enough that each person is looked after, but large enough to generate motivation, encouragement and accountability.
